Give and bequeath as follows

In the goods of Henry White deceased. appeared personally Samuel Woolpup [ Woolprup?] of Bere Regis in the County of Dorset Miller and made oath that on the fourteenth day of December one thousand eight hundred and forty four he was present and saw Henry White, late of the parish of Bere Regis in the County of Dorset, Yeoman (a British term for a farmer who owns land) deceased sign his last will and testament in writing now thereto annexed by thereto affixing his mark at the foot or end thereof the said will beginning thus

This is the last will and testament ending thus and in the prescence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto and that our signature was made by the said testator in the prescence as well of this appearer as of William Daun (?) being present at the same time that the appearer and the said William Daun(?) attested the said will and subscribed their names as witnesses thereto in the prescence of the said testator as the same now appear and he hath(?) made an oath that the interlineation in the first side of the said will of the words also a plot of land adjoining my orchard held by the life of John Coakes was so made previous to the execution of the said will as before deposed to by the appearer from instructions received by him the appearer from the said testator-Samuel Hodfreys(?)-sworn on the twenty ninth day of May 1845 before me Carrington Lay(?) Commissioner

Proved at London 3d. June 1845 before the judge by the oath of Tabitha White Widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom Admin.(?) Was granted having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer
